TNT

stands for

Training * Nurturing * Therapy

Our beloved founder, Joyce Gedraitis, believes in giving all our bunnies the very best start at their new lives. We take great pride here at Bunny TNT in training our intakes for litter box use and providing positive reinforcement for behavioral modification, such as what is safe to chew and what is not. We nurture each bunny individually so they feel safe, loved, and secure in themselves and confident in their surroundings. We provide a safe neutral space to let them play with and groom each other, learning how to behave within the bunny hierarchy. We implement touch therapy for the abused, neglected, and abandoned rabbits, as it helps them learn to trust in humans again; doubly, it is therapy for humans as well, as even petting bunnies can reduce levels of cortisol (the stress-related hormone). With these three cornerstone philosophies we rehabilitate the bunnies to their highest selves and ensure the greatest success rate for them within their new forever homes.

We’re not just about rescuing rabbits!

We do therapy and hold bunny social events - “Hop-ins”- as well.
